TTINGLE GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED (Quiz11) shall ask you for KYC documents to verify your address and identity at any stage. Redemptions of the rewards available in redemption bucket of your wallet will be permitted only for and from accounts for which such KYC process is complete.

You can choose to redeem points (out of the rewards available in the redemption bucket of your rewards) from your user account at any time, subject to bonus/reward redemption restrictions, by notifying us of your redemption request. Promotional rewars are subject to redemption restrictions and can only be redeem on fulfilling some preconditions, one of which is that you have made at least one reward deposit on the Portal and thereafter played at least one quiz.

Once notified, post verification of the rewards request, we may disburse the specified amount of rewards by cheque or electronic transfer based on the

In case of non-availability of your bank account details, the Company may require you to provide the Bank Account details to process the refund/reward.
